Dr. Matson specializes in Women’s Health and Nervous System Regulation at Pacific Spine and Structure. Her unique approach helps her patients move out of the stress cycle and teaches their bodies how to truly Rest, Heal, and Feel Safe Again.

With a B.S. in Kinesiology and over a decade of practice, Dr. Matson focuses on structural stability and the mind-body connection. She utilizes gentle SOT® (Sacro-Occipital Technique) alongside advanced SOT® Cranial and TMJ work, incorporating breath coaching and somatic awareness into every session.

As a Certified Pelvic Exercise Specialist and the only SOT Certified Cranial Specialist in El Dorado County, Dr. Matson provides highly specialized care to resolve the physical manifestations of chronic stress, anxiety, and trauma, improving sleep, digestion, and resilience.
